Welcome to Squizito.net, a project of The Cathedral Foundation (a nonprofit Estonian NOP association). (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our platform, which allows users to create and manage NFTs from photographs and other digital media. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have not been previously suspended or removed from our platform.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload to Squizito.net. All uploaded content must be unique, exclusively uploaded to Squizito.net, and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are prohibited from uploading the same content to other portals that allow the minting of images or other digital assets.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions to upload and use the content on our platform. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

• Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or patent rights.
• Violates the privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any person.
• Contains illegal, harmful, defamatory, or obscene material.
• Encourages illegal activities or violates any law.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, and we may terminate or suspend your account if you breach this section.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squizito.net shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Cathedral Foundation and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

9. DMCA and Takedown Policy

If you believe any content on Squizito.net infringes your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA takedown request by contacting us at
